As reported to SSESSMENTS.COM, the leading Indonesian PVC producer’s cargoes are available for Africa market at $680/ton on LC at sight, FOB Indonesia basis. Meanwhile, PVC cargoes of US origin are heard being offered to China market at $610/ton on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis. However, the offers were deemed to be only workable for re-exporters.
