According to Thai Customs Department, the total imports of PP have declined by around 6.3k tons in May compared to the previous month, at around 13,577 tons.
The top 5 import origins of PP to Thailand in May were Singapore (3,968 tons), South Korea (2,531 tons), Japan (1,814 tons), United Arab Emirates (1,504 tons), Saudi Arabia (1,367 tons). The decrease in import volume of Singapore PP in May was the highest compared to other origins, at about 3,968 tons compared to April.
For Homopolymers, the total import quantity has reduced by around 3.5k tons in May compared to the previous month, at around 5,977 tons. The top 5 import origins of PP Homopolymers to Thailand in May were South Korea (1,337 tons), Saudi Arabia (1,144 tons), Singapore (1,103 tons), United Arab Emirates (739 tons), Japan (690 tons).
For Copolymers, the total import quantity has decreased by around 2.7k tons in May compared to the previous month, at around 7,600 tons. The top 5 import origins of PP Copolymers to Thailand in May were Singapore (2,865 tons), South Korea (1,194 tons), Japan (1,124 tons), United Arab Emirates (765 tons), Belgium (484 tons).
