An acetylene-based PVC producer from China informed that they have lowered their offers to India by $40/ton. The offers currently stand at $951/ton CIF Nhava Sheva and $1,007/ton CIF Tughlakabad, all offers are on LC at sight basis with anti-dumping duty of $91.27/ton.
The producer also reported that buyers have put bid at $926/ton for offers to Nhava Sheva, but was not able to accept it.
