Some acetylene-based PVC producers from China decide to reduce their export offers as much as $10/ton at the low end. Current offers stand between $920-930/ton on LC at sight, FOB China basis.
A producer informed the reason to decreased the offers despite the leading Taiwanese producer increased theirs is because acetylene-based sellers are having inventory pressure since demand has been slow.
Meanwhile, some market players expect ethylene-based PVC offers to domestic market will increase up to CNY7,700/ton ($1,150/ton) on cash, EXW basis.
