According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on October 14, 2022, the critical energy infrastructure of Ukraine’s Kharkov Region was damaged as a result of missile strikes late on Thursday, the head of the region’s military administration Oleg Sinegubov said.
"Missile strikes occurred in the Kholodnogorsky district, no casualties. Damage to critical infrastructure was reported in the region, temporary power outages are possible," the official wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to Sinegubov, work to restore power supplies is currently under way.
Blasts were reported in Kharkov on Thursday evening. Later, the region’s electricity company said power outages were reported in several districts of the city.
