According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on November 1, 2022, The average price of the Urals export oil blend in October 2022 dropped by 13% year-on-year and amounted to $70.62 per barrel, the Russian Ministry of Finance said on Tuesday.
The average Urals price in January - October 2022 amounted to $79.57 per barrel and gained 17.86% in annual terms, the Ministry noted.
The price was $67.51 per barrel in the like period of the last year.
The crude oil export duty in Russia will be reduced by $1.7 from November 1 to $42.7 per metric ton.
