Egypt, through the Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and the Petrochemical Holding Company (AEME), is collaborating with Japan’s Toyota Tsusho Co. to explore the prospect of producing blue ammonia in Egypt.
The feasibility studies will implement projects for extracting and storing carbon dioxide for the production of blue ammonia using the latest Japanese technologies. The study is set to last for 6 months.
