- Numerous residential localities were cut off from electricity power supplies, Krovoi Rog Mayor Alexander Vilkul said
According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on October 19, 2022, an energy facility in the Krivoi Rog district of the Ukrainian Dnepropetrovsk Region has been damaged as a result of a military strike and electricity power outages followed, Krovoi Rog Mayor Alexander Vilkul said on Wednesday.
"As a result of the damage caused to the energy supply facility in the Krivoi Rog district during the recently announced air raid warning numerous residential localities were cut off from electricity power supplies," Vilkul said on his Telegram channel.
According to previous reports, air raid sirens went off in the early hours of Wednesday in the Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Sumy, Chernigov and Kharkov Regions as well as in the other areas across Ukraine.
