A provider of advanced materials for building insulation, cold-chain packaging, and personal safety equipment Epsilyte Holdings LLC acquired producer of expandable polystyrene (EPS) StyroChem Canada, Ltd.
The acquisition will make it one of North America’s biggest EPS producers.
Following the acquisition, Epsilyte will operate three production sites and provide customer solutions in more than 20 countries.
