Japan’s naphtha imports for petrochemicals recorded a rise by 15% in July, compared year-on-year with the same entry in previous year, government data showed on Monday, August 17. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry data indicated imports of naphtha for ethylene production totalled in 1.3 million tonnes, a rise from 1.13 million.
