JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corp. said that it would perform the feasibility study of a new ethylidene norbornene (ENB) plant to be built in Saudi Arabia.
The plant will be part of the petrochemical Amiral Complex in Saudi’s eastern coast. The facility will be supported by Saudi Aramco and Total, the developer of the Amiral complex. The two companies will ensure the future ENB plant of the reliable supply of raw materials and energy.
The project will contribute to the stable ENB supply chain of the JXTG Group, strengthening its position in Asia.
