On Friday, Interfax said that in September, the Russian output of oil and gas condensate went up, suggesting that the country slightly exceeded its quota under a global supply pact.
Last month, the country’s oil and gas condensate production rose to 9.93 million bpd, up from 9.86 million bpd in the previous month. The output was equal to 40.65 million tonnes for September, against 41.7 million tonnes in August.
The figures excluded condensate.
Russian output was beyond its production quota in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and its oil producer allies (OPEC+)’s production cut pact of 9.0 million bpd of oil.
