AlwaysFree: Russia’s SIBUR Selects Nova Energies To Study Carbon Capture Solutions

Russian petrochemical company SIBUR PJSC has awarded a Pre-FEED contract to Nova Energies to study potential carbon capture solutions for its ZapSibNeftekhim plant. Under the agreement, Nova Energies’ work will include technology and optimal technical solutions development as well as a cost estimate for the process of capturing, transporting and utilising carbon dioxide (CO2) from ZapSibNeftekhim operations and the Tobolsk thermoelectric power station.
