On Tuesday, Royal Dutch Shell Plc has begun to restart the big crude distillation unit (CDU) at its 318,000 bpd Deer Park, Texas refinery.
Sources familiar with plant operations said that the company has scheduled to begin restarting the refinery’s small CDU later this week.
