Some sources familiar with plant operations said that on Monday, Royal Dutch Shell Plc. had restarted the 45,000 bpd H-Oil Unit heavy-oil hydrocracker at its refinery in Convent, Louisiana.
On Saturday, the unit was shut due to a malfunction.
