According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on November 8, 2022, the spot market discount for the Russia’s Urals export oil blend against Brent was $25-25.5 a barrel from October 31 to November 4, Petromarket Group says in its research.
"The discount in the price of the Russian Urals oil against Brent was varying in the narrow range of $25-25.5 a barrel during the week," the Group says.
The discount was about $20-22.5 a month ago and gained $3-5 over the month, according to Petromarket.
