On August 12, 2019, Clough USA revealed that the company has won a total of $620 million worth of engineering, acquisition, and construction (EPC) tender for undisclosed U.S. petrochemicals project on Monday. The project represents essential milestones as it is Clough USA's first leading project award following the purchase of an EPC corporation in the USA in February and highlights the promising development of Clough in North America.
Clough also acquired Saulsbury Industries' downstream Gulf Coast and Chemical Business Unit and its Houston-based EPC portfolio as announced before on February 18, 2019, to stimulate its development in North America. Saulsbury announced as well the company released a part of its Gulf Coast division to concentrate on providing midstream and downstream markets.
