Market sources reported to SSESSMENTS that a local producer has started announcing PE and PP price list offers for August deliveries. Compared to last month’s price list, the producer implemented a reduction on offers for LDPE Injection and LDPE Coating by MYR100/ton ($24/ton) and increase the offers for PP Homo Injection, PP Homo Raffia, and PP Homo Film by MYR80/ton ($19/ton). As for other grades, a rollover recorded from the previous month.
The producer’s offers on 30 days credit term, FD basis, excluding VAT, for a quantity of above 10 tons are as follows:
