A producer source revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that China’s Dragon Special Resin has restarted production at its Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plant on January 19. Previously, the producer halted operations at the plant on December 20 for maintenance purposes. The PET plant with a capacity of 260,000 tons/year is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China.
