NewsSSESSMENTS: Global Trading House Saw Shift In PE, PP Sales Up To Ten-Fold Amid Coronavirus Outbreak In Vietnam

A global trading house informed SSESSMENTS.COM that the company’s PE and PP sales decrease up to ten-fold amid the Coronavirus outbreak in Vietnam. As stated by the trader, the company’s sales in Vietnam market are slowing down. Usually, the company managed to move a few hundred tons of materials per day. However, recently, the trader only managed to move around 10-20 tons of materials per day. 

Further explained, limited transactions recorded in the Vietnam market. Buyers are not keen to make procurements amid the slow demand due to the Coronavirus outbreak. As such, the trader prefers to focus on selling rather than stocking up materials. While for offers, no fresh offers received by the trader for both PE and PP cargoes this week. The trader opined to SSESSMENTS.COM that polymer prices would decrease further in the upcoming weeks.
