A Japanese PVC producer has announced August shipment offers to Asia market, SSESSMENTS.COM was told. A producer source informed that August shipment offers to Asia market increased between $30-40/ton compared to July shipment. To India, the current offers are $30/ton higher compared to July shipment offers while compared to offers for the first half August shipment, the offers are $50/ton higher. To China and Southeast Asia, the producer increased offers by $30/ton and $40/ton, respectively compared to July shipment.
