A Chinese trader shared with SSESSMENTS.COM the updates on local PE and PP prices in the country as of July 14. As compared to the price list received on Wednesday, July 8, the latest offers for HDPE Blow Moulding 6200, HDPE Film, HDPE Pipe (PE 100), and HDPE Yarn increased between CNY100-200/ton ($14-28/ton). Meanwhile, offers for LDPE and LLDPE across all grades remain stable. As for PP, offers for BOPP, PP Homo Raffia, most grades of PP Homo Injection and PP Impact Copolymer Injection 709M decreased by CNY100/ton ($14/ton). In contrast, offers for PP Random Copolymer Injection moved up by CNY150/ton ($21/ton) as compared to the same period.
