Market sources in the US revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum, OxyChem, has planned to shut its PVC plant for maintenance work. According to the sources, the producer will halt production at the plant in April for around seven days. The plant with a capacity of 1 million tons/year is located in Pasadena, Texas, US.
