South Korea’s Hanwha Total Petrochemical, has restarted its LPG cracker after an unplanned shutdown, market sources informed SSESSMENTS.COM. The company shut the cracker on April 7 due to technical glitch and resumed operations at the unit on April 12. Located at Daesan, South Korea, the cracker can produce up to 310,000 tons/year of ethylene and 120,000 tons/year of propylene.
