Market players in India informed SSESSMENTS.COM that a Thai PVC producer has announced August shipment offers to the country. The latest PVC offers from the producer stand at $890/ton on LC at sight, CIF India Main Port basis. Compared to July shipment, the current offers are $30/ton higher.
