As informed to SSESSMENTS.COM, a Thai PVC Producer has announced the March shipment offers with an upward adjustment to the India market. Compared to February shipment, offers for ethylene-based PVC from the producer increased by $20/ton, stand at $940/ton on LC at sight, CIF Nhava Sheva Port basis.
