A Vietnamese converter contacted by SSESSMENTS.COM’s team revealed that import offers from a South Korean PS producer for this week surfaced after many consideration. According to the source, offers for GPPS Injection and HIPS Injection from the producer increased by $20/ton from last week’s level. Before proceeding with an upward price adjustment, the converter explained that the producer was hesitating to decide the price level and keep asking the offers from other competitors for reference. For the end-products, the converter lamented difficulties to conclude deals with end-consumers since most of them reduce their spending.
