A Vietnamese converter informed SSESSMENTS.COM the adjustment on import PE offers from several producers to the country. This week, Singaporean and US producers offered mLLDPE C6 at the same level, which is dropped by $30/ton from last week. Currently, the offers are available at $980/ton on LC at sight, CIF Vietnam Main Port Basis.
For LLDPE Film C4, the US producer is offering at $710/ton on LC at sight, CIF Vietnam Main Port Basis. Meanwhile, the leading Saudi polyolefins producer’s cargoes are available at $730-750/ton on the same payment and delivery terms, which is deemed too high and unattractive by the converter. At the time of publication, no deals made yet.
