Market sources in Indonesia informed SSESSMENTS.COM that Chandra Asri Petrochemical has resumed production at its second PE plant. As stated, the company’s second PE plant with a production capacity of 136,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene (HDPE) has resumed since Wednesday, May 13. The second PE plant licensed by Japan’s Showa Denko KK previously experienced an unplanned shutdown on May 5.
