PlantsSSESSMENTS: SIBUR Restarted Production At HDPE, LLDPE Units

Market sources informed SSESSMENTS.COM that the largest integrated petrochemical company in Russia, SIBUR, has restarted production at its HDPE and LLDPE units this week. According to the sources, the HDPE and LLDPE units with a production capacity of 700,000 tons/year and 800,000 tons/year, respectively, had a maintenance shutdown from May 25 to June 15.
