Market talks have it that the second largest Taiwanese PVC producer has announced force majeure on PVC supply. As stated to SSESSMENTS.COM, the producer does not have PVC offers for May shipment due to issue at their VCM plant. Moreover, sources said the producer is unsure whether the company will be offering to the market for June shipment.
