On Sunday, a spokesman of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) said that the company has started the gradual restarting process on its Ruwais oil refinery complex following the finished planned maintenance shutdown.
The 835,000 bpd refinery was shut down early in 2020.
