Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (ADNOC) sells 20% of pipeline share infrastructure in subsidiary ADNOC Gas Pipelines HoldCo LLC to ADQ and Abu Dhabi Pension Fund.
The total value of the deal was USD20.7 billion, which resulted in upfront proceeds of more than USD10 billion.
ADNOC Gas Pipelines has lease rights to 38 gas pipelines running a total of 982 km.
