ALPLA Group has acquired Verigreen Packaging, a South African packaging producer that specializes in bottles and canisters for lubricants.
No details regarding the deal were released.
The acquisition will raise ALPLA’s presence in the region, providing the company an inroad into a market segment in which it has not been present in southern Africa until now.
