Saudi Aramco has promised to keep its oil and gas supplies to customers stable despite the closure of international borders and transit routes. According to CEO Amin Nasser, Aramco has prepared emergency and prevention plans to ensure the company’s ability to continue meeting its customers' needs.
Nasser also added that Aramco is implementing health and safety measures, preparing contingency plans, and leading medical support services to monitor its employees’ health and curb the coronavirus spread.
Aramco has promised to increase crude production to 12.3 million bpd in April. Saudi Arabia has pumped no more than 11.09 million bpd since December 2018 when it began adopting the OPEC+ supply cut agreement.
