On Wednesday, Chevron Corp.’s unit Chevron U.S.A. and waste management company Brightmark LLC announced the establishment of their joint venture (JV), Brightmark RNG Holdings LLC, to market dairy biomethane.
The JV will fund the construction of the required infrastructure and commercial operation of dairy biomethane projects in several US states. Chevron will buy the renewable natural gas produced from the JV’s projects and market it.
