According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on October 31, 2022, the dollar exchange rate climbed by 22.25 kopecks from the previous close, trading at 61.74 rubles on the Moscow Exchange as the trade opened on Monday.
The euro grew by 29.5 kopecks, to 61.37 rubles.
