Vietnam's Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical (Dung Quat refinery) has gone back to full operating capacity as the coronavirus movement restrictions ease.
Previously, early in September, the 130,000 bpd refinery has slashed its output level to 80% amid the nationwide lockdown.
Over these past few weeks, Vietnam has gradually relaxed its coronavirus curbs as new infections fall. The country has resumed flights on some domestic routes from Sunday. It will restart inter-provincial bus services from Wednesday.
However, until now, the gasoline demand is still slow, said Binh Son.
