On Thursday, ExxonMobil Corp. was reported to have restarted its large crude distillation unit (CDU) on its refinery in Beaumont, Texas.
Previously on August 25, the 240,000 bpd CDU and the rest of the refinery were shut in anticipation of Hurricane Laura. The unit began restarting on Tuesday.
