- The offering of 439,703 bonds with the par value of one thousand euro each ended on November 8
According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on November 9, 2022, Gazprom Capital, a capital and investing arm of the Russian gas holding Gazprom, completed the offering of Russian bonds substituting Eurobonds and mature in 2023 in the amount of about 440 mln euro.
The offering of 439,703 bonds with the par value of one thousand euro each ended on November 8. The share of actually floated securities from the total number of securities in the issue to be offered is 43.97%.
Gazprom reported earlier that the company had already completed the exchange of three Eurobond issues of Gaz Capital S.A. (Series 42 in pounds mature in April 2024, Series 41 in US Dollars mature in March 2027, and Series 2 in US Dollars mature in April 2034) for substituting Russian bonds.
