According to the company’s website news release on February 20, 2023, Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.2375 per share cash dividend on its common stock. This represents a 12% increase from the previous dividend. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2023 to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2023.
Huntsman Corporation also announced it will hold its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders in virtual meeting format only at 9:00a.m. Central Time on Friday, April 21, 2023. Holders of record as of the close of business on February 27, 2023 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
