According to the company’s website news release on February 10, 2023, Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd.(JAPEX, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: FUJITA Masahiro) decided the change of executive officers and an appointment of fellow as of April 1, 2023, as follows.
The change of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members, which will be subject to the resolution at the 53rd ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 2023, will be announced as soon as its tentative resolution.
