AlwaysFree: Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (India Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers, Polyethylene, Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn, Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn, Polyester Industrial Yarn, Polyester Spun Grey and White Yarn

According to the India Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals press release on 31 March, 2023, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order further to amend the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely:— 

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 

2. In the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of October, 2023.”

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 

2. In the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for subparagraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of October, 2023”.

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 

2. In the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of July, 2023.”

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 

2. In the Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of July, 2023.” 

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Polyester Industrial Yarn (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 

2. In the Polyester Industrial Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of July, 2023”

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the 100 Percent Polyester Spun Grey and White Yarn (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 

2. In the 100 Percent Polyester Spun Grey and White Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of July, 2023”
