Alfred Stern, the CEO of Austrian oil and gas group OMV, said his company planned to accelerate restructuring and present a new sustainability-focused strategy in early 2022. Stern added that OMV was committed to the Paris climate accord and would invest in renewables. He also noted that OMV would focus on sectors where it could differentiate and beat the competition.
