AlwaysFree: OPEC+ to Decide Crude Output in Meeting

Author: SSESSMENTS

On Monday, OPEC+ is scheduled to meet to decide the increase of its crude oil output into the market where prices have been rallying.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and allies have agreed in July to increase output by 400,000 bpd/month until at least April 2022, ending the existing 5.8 million bpd cuts.

Four OPEC+ sources, meanwhile, informed Reuters that the alliance was actually studying the prospect to add more than what the deal planned. However, they did not provide more detail regarding the volume nor the timing.

The nearest month any rise could commence is November since OPEC+'s last meeting decided the October volumes.
