- The whole range of decisions included into the priority action plan had been made earlier
According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on October 31, 2022, the Russian government has decided to extend certain business support measures introduced in response to the US-led West’s sanctions from unfriendly states for the entire next year, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Monday.
The whole range of decisions included into the priority action plan had been made earlier, Mishustin said. "These measures are bearing fruit, so the economy is smoothly adapting to the current changes. To maintain the positive effect, we will extend some of them to the entire next year," the premier said.
"In particular, joint stock companies and limited liability companies will be able to avoid liquidation even if the value of their assets falls below the authorized capital’s amount. In the event of restructuring public joint stock companies, the weighted average price of their shares will be determined within one month," he added.
