On Friday, data from Refinitiv Eikon and Reuters calculations showed that Russia’s idle primary oil refining capacity for July was revised up due to the new repair plans at several refineries.
The offline refining capacity was revised upwards by 3.7% to 2.4 million tonnes.
The repairs affecting the reading include the prolonged unplanned maintenance at the Krasnodar plant and the rescheduling of maintenance at Novoufimsk refinery.
