AlwaysFree: Saudi Aramco’s Net Income Surpassed 12 Oil Giants: Anadolu Agency

Saudi Aramco's net income in 2019 surpassed the combined total net income of the world's 12 largest oil companies, Anadolu Agency’s data showed.

Last year, Saudi Aramco had a net income of $88.2 billion. Meanwhile, a total net income of $63.9 billion owned by the world's 12 largest oil companies in 2019. While ConocoPhillips posted an annual income of $7.2 billion in 2019, the US' ExxonMobil had a net income of $14.34 billion and Chevron had $2.92 billion.

For oilfield service companies, earnings of $128 million posted by the US' Baker Hughes in 2019. However, a net loss of $10.14 billion posted by Schlumberger and Halliburton had a net loss of $1.13 billion.

A net income of $10 billion posted by British energy giant BP in 2019. France's Total posted a net income of $11.83 billion and Royal Dutch Shell had $15.84 billion. While Russia's Rosneft earned $10.9 billion, Norway's Equinor had $1.85 billion. Earnings of $163 million posted by Italy's Eni last year.

In the first half of 2019, Saudi Aramco's net income stood at $46.9 billion. The amount was also higher than the combined first-half earnings of the 12 oil giants that reached $44.9 billion.
