In May, the value of Saudi Arabia’s oil exports skyrocketed by 147% year-on-year to SAR60 billion (USD16 billion).
Meanwhile, non-oil exports soared by 70% compared to the corresponding time of 2020 to SAR22 billion (USD5.87 billion).
Among total exports, oil exports made up 73.2%, up from 65.3% in the same period a year ago.
China maintained its position as Saudi’s main trading partner, making up 21.4% of Saudi’s shipments.
