On Thursday, Royal Dutch Shell said that its chemical plant and oil refinery in Mobile, Alabama, had sustained only minimal impacts on operations from Hurricane Sally.
The facility is now running normally.
Previously, the facility had its crude oil rates decreased temporarily in anticipation of the potential impact from Sally.
